Jim is a fully licensed Michigan Real Estate appraiser and a Real Estate Broker living in Traverse City, Michigan. Jim has lived in the Grand Traverse area for more than 40 years. Most of that time has been spent in or around the real estate / home mortgage business. He started appraising homes in 1989 and has since developed a clientele and a reputation that is hard to find in the Northwestern Lower Michigan. He continues to provide top notch service and advice.

Mac is a fully licensed Michigan real estate appraiser and has several thousand hours of experience in the real estate appraisal business. Before starting to learn the appraisal business Mac worked as a Marketing Executive for Hagerty Insurance and was responsible for negotiating sponsorships and handled all the travel arrangements for the company. He is a graduate of the University of Montana with a dual degree in both Management and Marketing.

He is a graduate of the University of Montana with a triple emphasis degree in Marketing, Management, and Information Systems..
